Where is the candy cane collector located?

He is back in Wintersday 2005.
This was part of the Wintersday (basically Christmas and new years in Tyria) and is not threre anymore.

There used to some ones in Ascalon, LA and Droks and were only there during the holiday event.

Candy canes were a christmas item. I dont think there is a collector now.
I have kept mine (got 25) coz of the dp removal.

Yup, it has been removed since the holiday event, probably the reason why CC are selling to upward of 1k each. It is the only novelty item that actually does something useful (remove dp). Although Ghost in a box does have a small use of triggering soul reaping.
